What counts as a good evening

The same rule for every city, so the verdicts compare: between 58° and 82°, dew point under 66° so it does not feel close, rain chance under 20%, wind under 14 mph, and at least three of those hours in a row between 5 pm and 9 pm. Three hours is a walk and a drink, or a blanket and the light going. The wording names its own confidence: is within a day or two, looks like at three or four, may be beyond, because that is how forecasts age.
